Welcome to our guesthouse!

Our pension is situated on the Buda-side of Budapest, in Budaörs (Wudersch).

Within the hilly landscape of the western Danube side, we are located in an old-Swabian site. Our invitingly calm and beautiful residential area above the historical center of the Hungarian capital has recently developed to one of the richest cities of Hungary and also offers some own interesting sights like the newly built city hall or the local history museum.

We are only

• 15 minutes by car from the historic city center of Budapest
• 300m from the bus stop (5-10 minutes intervals) to the city center and
• 45 minutes by car from the Balaton.

Visit us and discover the attractive Danube city with its many objects of interest and spectacular events.

The fireworks on August 20th dedicated to the firt king of Hungary, the Sziget-Festival, the Red Bull Air Race and the Formula-1 at the Hungaroring are only a small selection of interesting entertainment possibilities in the Hungarian capital.

Due to the convenient transport connection even a daily trip to the Balaton starting from our pension can be planned. The pretty town Siófok, which is known as the "Capital of the Balaton", can be reached within only 45 minutes by car.

Location

How to reach us - via car:

• Drive the motorway M1/M7 from Vienna or from the Balaton to direction "Budapest Centrum".
• Take the motorway exit "Budaörs Centrum" (2) (on your left you will pass an Agip gas station). You'll now drive towards a large shopping centre (TESCO) and a roundabout. In the roundabout, please follow the sign "Budaörs Centrum" (left)
• In the 2nd roundabout, which is situated directly over the motorway, you'll go straight ahead and/ or follow the signs to Budaörs ("Budaörs Centrum") (3)
• After that, you'll have to drive on straightforward until you arrive at the 3rd roundabout where you turn right. (4)
• In Budaörs, please follow the sign "Pension Schneider" (5): You'll have to drive some hundred metres and 30m after the first sign indicating "Pension Schneider", please turn right into a very narrow road.
• The pension is situated in the Aradi utca 44. The way to this place is marked.
